It is our strategic mission to put our best efforts into the area of Customer Care to ensure that we will continue to deserve the loyalty and trust of our customers. It is our intention at Delta Systems to stay in contact with you as much as we possibly can to provide the necessary support when it is required.

We aim to be your “one stop shop” for Parts and Service, or in other words, the place where you can find everything you need to efficiently operate your Delta Systems equipment.

We are pleased to inform you that as part of this strategy, we have decided to launch an important initiative to reposition our spare parts pricing for commercially available components.

We wish to be considered by our customers as the first and most valid place to source all the spare parts they need, including the ones which are available in the open market by offering lower pricing and stocking levels to reduce lead times.

We would like to give our customers the genuine possibility to reduce the complexity of dealing with a multitude of different suppliers and as a consequence be able focus their resources on their core business activities.
